Is the audit really free?

Yes, with nothing attached. Thirty minutes, by video call or at our Anglet office: we look at the tools you already use, pinpoint what eats your time, and you leave with an action plan that stands on its own even if you never work with us. No quote goes out before that conversation.

What does an automation cost?

Accepted Answer

A business automation or a full marketing channel: €350 per module. A custom conversational AI agent: €690. The Mister Anderson agent, run from WhatsApp: €19/month depending on usage, with a €890 setup refunded if you cancel within 30 days. Premium AI video is quoted after a first conversation. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code: the price shown is the price paid.

Do I have to switch tools to bring in AI?

No. We start from what you already use and make it talk to itself: your inbox, your calendar, your invoicing, your CRM if you have one. Nobody needs one more piece of software. If a tool is genuinely missing, we say so and justify it — we don't sell it by default.

How long does it take?

For video, the first drafts land within 4 to 5 working days. For an automation, the timeline depends on scope and is written into the quote rather than guessed. Delays almost always come from access and approvals: the faster you answer, the faster it ships.

What happens after delivery?

Accepted Answer

At least two hours of training, in person where possible, so you can run and adjust what was built — plus clear documentation and, where it helps, custom video walkthroughs. The goal is that you end up self-sufficient, not dependent.

Is maintenance mandatory?

Accepted Answer

No, but every automation is quoted with its maintenance, and it is rarely a luxury: APIs and AI models change without warning. You pick either a monthly plan covering monitoring, fixes and a support allowance, or pay-as-you-go work. The detail is priced in the quote, never added afterwards.

Is my data safe?

The site is hosted with Hostinger on servers located in France. On your projects, Mister Anderson acts as a processor under the GDPR: your data is handled on your instructions, then returned or deleted at the end of the engagement. Some third-party AI components may process data outside the European Union — when that is the case, it is written into the quote before you sign, not discovered afterwards.

Where do you work?

The office is in Anglet — Olatu Leku, 100 avenue de l'Adour, 64600 Anglet — and the business is registered in Bidart (64210), France. We travel to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz, Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Hossegor, Dax, Pau and Bordeaux. Anywhere else, we work by video call — same method, same follow-up.
